The main this I love about this cookbook is how sloppy the food looks. I know that's weird, but somehow the pictures NOT being perfect made them look better. It looks more like something I could do, versus something that looks too fancy and hard to do. This book is accessible and I like the matrices for stir fries and smoothies. Not only do they give you specific recipes, they give you license to try and do your own thing. That's valuable for new/inexperienced cooks.
